Sesame Seeds Chewing
A wonderful way to remove tartar is by chewing sesame seeds. Take a handful of these seeds and keep chewing. Be careful not to swallow. You need to then brush your teeth using a dry toothbrush while the seeds are in your mouth. The seeds will work as a natural scrub and help in removing tartar.
Rub Strawberries And Tomatoes
Tomatoes and strawberries are rich in vitamin C which is good for your dental health. Just rub the fruit on your teeth and let it remain on your teeth for at least 5 minutes. This will soften the tartar. You can then wash your mouth using the solution. Other foods which can be used are lime, lemons, berries, peppers and papaya.
